We are simplifying Userorbit pricing to three plans: Growth, Scale, and Enterprise.
Beginning August 11, 2026, the Launch plan will no longer be available for new subscriptions. The 14-day free trial is not changing, so new teams can still explore Userorbit before choosing a paid plan.
Why we are making this change
Userorbit has grown beyond a collection of individual tools. Teams now use one workspace for onboarding, feedback, roadmaps, announcements, analytics, interactive demos, help content, and support workflows.
Our plan lineup should make that value easier to understand. Three plans create a clearer path:
- Growth for growing products that need onboarding, feedback, roadmap, branding, and team controls
- Scale for higher-volume teams that also need interactive demos, demo videos, the Support Suite, advanced AI, and stronger controls
- Enterprise for organizations that need custom limits, dedicated support, SLAs, or deployment options

What happens to existing Launch subscribers
If you already have an active Launch subscription, we will grandfather your current plan, price, and features through the end of your current subscription term.
We will not move you to another plan in the middle of that term. When your current Launch subscription expires, you can choose Growth, Scale, or Enterprise based on the limits and capabilities your team needs next.
This transition applies only to existing Launch subscribers. New subscriptions will use the new three-plan lineup.
What is not changing
The product and the way teams evaluate it remain the same:
- Every new workspace can start with a 14-day free trial.
- Growth and Scale remain available as self-serve plans.
- Enterprise remains available for custom requirements.
- Existing Launch subscribers keep access through the end of their current subscription term.
