Describe what You would like Us to do and provide the relevant organisation name, workspace URL or account email if known. If You do not have an account, tell Us where You interacted with Userorbit. If You are acting for someone else, explain Your role and authority.
Share only the information needed to locate and understand Your request. Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or unrelated Customer Data. We may ask for proportionate verification of identity and authority before acting; Our team will explain what is needed and how to provide it.
Information held for an organisation
If Your information belongs to an organisation using Userorbit, that organisation normally acts as the controller and decides how it is used. Contact its privacy team directly where possible. You can also email Us for help identifying the appropriate contact; We assist the organisation with requests concerning data We process on its behalf.
What happens next
