Security is part of how We design and operate Userorbit. The following describes application controls and ways to request information relevant to Your use of the service.
Access to customer workspaces
Workspace management requires authentication. Workspace membership and authorization checks restrict access to customer resources. API keys support read and read/write permissions so integrations can use the access appropriate to their purpose.
Data submission and recording
Our public website and API use HTTPS. Customers control which experiences they publish and which recording features they enable. Recording and demo content may contain Personal Data; use sanitized content and appropriate notices, consent and configuration for Your users.
Privacy and service information
Website visitors can reject optional tracking and change their choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Use Privacy requests to request access, correction or deletion. See Our Subprocessors and DPA pages for service-provider and processing-agreement information.
Security questions and reports
Contact support@userorbit.com to report a security concern or request security information. Include the affected feature and enough context to investigate, without including passwords, API keys or unnecessary Personal Data.
This page does not represent a SOC 2 report or ISO certification. Any independent assurance material must be reviewed for its applicable scope and date.
