Customer work, meet your dot.
Your OpenAI dot answers customers, logs their requests, and ships the changelog. It keeps working after you close the chat.
A dot sits between a chatbot and a teammate
Support tools give a dot an inbox. Userorbit gives it the whole loop, from the first chat to whether anyone used what you shipped.
Connect the dots between a chat and a release
We update 40 contacts every Monday, one at a time. A bulk edit would save our ops team an hour a week.

Not on ChatGPT? Bring any assistant
https://api.userorbit.com/mcpWhat are OpenAI dots?
Dots are always-on agents in ChatGPT. Each dot has its own cloud computer and browser, works with the apps you connect, and keeps working after you close the chat. OpenAI is rolling them out to ChatGPT Pro and Business Premium first.
What does Userorbit add to a dot?
A place to work with your customers. Through Userorbit your dot can answer support conversations, log feature requests, move the roadmap, publish announcements, update help articles, edit product tours and checklists, run surveys, send interactive demos, and read product analytics.
How do I connect my dot to Userorbit?
Install the Userorbit plugin in ChatGPT, sign in to Userorbit with OAuth, and pick your workspace. Your dot uses that connection. There is no API key to paste.
Will my dot reply to customers without asking me?
Only if you let it. Your dot's custom rules decide which actions it takes on its own, which need your approval, and which it never takes. A common setup lets it answer how-to questions and asks first about billing.
Can my dot see everything in my workspace?
No. It acts as the Userorbit user who connected it, so it can only see and change what that user's role allows, within the OAuth permissions you approve.
How quickly will customers hear back?
Within moments. Your dot subscribes to Userorbit events, such as new feedback or a new support conversation, so it hears about each one as it happens instead of polling. It then handles it within the rules you set.
Does it work beyond support?
Yes. The same connection covers feedback boards, roadmaps, announcements, the help center, product tours, checklists, surveys, interactive demos, adoption workflows, and product analytics, so one request can be followed from the first chat to adoption.
Can I use Userorbit with other AI assistants?
Yes. The Userorbit MCP server at https://api.userorbit.com/mcp works with Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, and any other MCP client.
What does it cost?
The ChatGPT plugin doesn't cost extra. Your dot can use the Userorbit products on your plan; see the pricing page for what each plan includes. Dots themselves come with ChatGPT Pro and Business Premium.
Your customers are talking. Your dot is listening.
Connect Userorbit to ChatGPT and give your dot support, feedback, releases, docs, and onboarding in one place.
