Open Settings → Channels → Widget, select the widget, and choose Widget → Behavior → Navigation tabs.

Arrange the visible tabs and select Default tab. Save, then open the widget to check the order and initial view.
The SDK can temporarily limit a widget opening with activeTabs. SDK values remain the values in the table, even where the editor uses a different label. Neither navigation settings nor SDK options grant access to unavailable workspace features.
