Support Suite availability depends on your workspace plan and enabled modules. Some teams may see the support inbox but need a plan upgrade or feature.
Support Suite is available on the Scale plan or during an eligible active trial. Some legacy or specially enabled workspaces may also have access.
What requires Support Suite access
- The shared support inbox and customer support surfaces
- Inbound support email
- Connected Slack support channels
- Support workflows
- Support labels, tiers, tasks, discussions, and channel-aware replies
Separate integration access
General Slack or sending-email integrations may be available independently. Connecting an integration does not automatically enable Support Suite features.
Troubleshooting access
- Go to workspace billing and confirm an active Scale plan or eligible trial.
- Confirm the teammate can access the workspace.
- If access was enabled specially for the workspace, contact Userorbit support when the feature remains gated.
