Connect Slack to send supported Userorbit notifications to a workspace channel.
Plan required Slack integration is available on Launch, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise, and during an active trial.
Before you start
You need permission to manage integrations in Userorbit and permission to install or approve apps in the Slack workspace.Connect Slack
- Go to Settings → Integrations or Settings → Channels → Slack, depending on the workflow you are configuring.
- Select Connect Slack.
- Choose the Slack workspace and approve the requested permissions.
- Return to Userorbit and select the channel requested by the configuration screen.
- Save the connection or notification rule.
Verify the connection
Trigger the exact event named by the saved rule and confirm that a message arrives in the selected channel. Different Userorbit surfaces use different Slack rules; only document or enable events visible in the current UI.Troubleshooting
- Reconnect if the authorization was revoked.
- Confirm the app is allowed in private channels.
- Confirm the selected channel still exists and the rule is enabled.
- Review plan access if the connection control is disabled.
