Interactive Demos are available on a workspace with:
  • A paid Scale plan.
  • A paid Enterprise plan.
  • An eligible active 14-day trial.
  • A workspace-specific Interactive Demos override enabled by Userorbit.

Interactive Demos are not included on the Growth plan under the current entitlement rules. Access is evaluated per workspace, so switching workspaces can change which demo tools appear.
At the public pricing page's annual view, Growth is listed at $95/month, Scale at $249/month, and Enterprise uses custom pricing. See the Userorbit pricing page for the current rates, billing options, and full feature matrix.

What the Interactive Demos plan includes

Eligible workspaces can:
  • Capture product workflows with the Userorbit Chrome extension.
  • Edit captured screens and add hotspots, guided steps, forms, and videos.
  • Publish a demo by share link or embed.
  • Organize demos into collections.
  • Review demo views, engagement, completion, step activity, leads, and sessions.

The feature is included at the workspace-plan level. Enterprise workspaces use their agreed custom limits. Do not treat a demo's viewer activity or lead volume as a separate public plan tier unless the Billing page or your agreement specifies one.

Check access

  1. Select the workspace name at the top of the Userorbit sidebar.
  2. Open Settings → Billing and confirm Scale, Enterprise, or an active trial.
  3. Open Interactive Demos and verify that the capture and publishing actions are available.
  4. If your workspace has a special entitlement and the feature is still gated, contact Userorbit support with the workspace name.

For implementation, follow Getting started with Interactive Demos, then record a demo and track demo analytics and leads.
