The Userorbit Chrome extension records product pages for Interactive Demos. It captures the page context that the demo editor uses for screenshots, editable.
The Userorbit Chrome extension captures clicks and changed inputs from normal HTTP(S) product pages and returns them to the Interactive Demo editor.
Record
- Install the extension and sign in to the same Userorbit workspace.
- Create or open a demo and select Start capture.
- Use the new tab opened from the demo editor; this is the reliable return path.
- Record the workflow and select Finish after at least one step.
- Wait for processing, then review the returned demo.
Limits
- Maximum 200 steps per capture.
- Local drafts expire after seven days.
- Capture is for web pages; browser-internal and unsupported URL schemes cannot be recorded.
Troubleshooting
- If screenshots fail, review Chrome screenshot/site permissions and restart capture from the demo editor.
- If Demos is missing in the extension, confirm Interactive Demos is enabled for the workspace.
