Review a workspace's plan and subscription, choose a billing cycle, or update billing when your role allows it.
Only workspace Owners and Admins can change a plan, update payment details, or cancel a subscription. Other members can view billing information.
Billing shows the selected workspace's current plan or trial. During an active trial, it shows Active 14-day trial and the number of days remaining. If the trial has expired, Billing remains available so you can subscribe.
The selected workspace's current plan card is outlined and its button reads Current Plan.
Supported status labels include Active, Paid, Trialing, Canceled, Inactive, Past due, Paused, and Unpaid invoice. Billing also shows an alert when a subscription is canceled or scheduled for cancellation.
Billing shows the scheduled cancellation date after the request succeeds. The cancellation does not end the subscription immediately.
Before you begin
Plans, trials, and subscriptions apply to one workspace. If you belong to more than one workspace, select the workspace you want to manage before opening Billing.Only workspace Owners and Admins can change a plan, update payment details, or cancel a subscription. Other members can view billing information.
Open Billing
- Select the current workspace name at the top of the left sidebar and confirm that you are in the correct workspace.
- Go to Settings → Billing.

Choose a plan
- In Settings → Billing, choose monthly or yearly billing.
- Select the plan you want.
- Follow the checkout flow to complete the purchase.
The selected workspace's current plan card is outlined and its button reads Current Plan.
Plan access: Support Suite, Interactive Demos, Help Center, and Session Replay require Scale or Enterprise. They are also available during an active trial. A workspace-specific override can make one of these features available on another plan.
Review your subscription
When a subscription is present, Billing can show:- The Paddle product name
- Subscription status
- Price and billing frequency
- Subscription start date
- The next payment, when Paddle provides one
- Up to three recent past payments, including date, plan, amount, and status

Cancel a subscription
Workspace Owners and Admins can schedule an active subscription to end at the close of its current billing period:- Open Settings → Billing.
- In the active subscription, select Cancel subscription.
- Review the confirmation and confirm the cancellation.
Billing shows the scheduled cancellation date after the request succeeds. The cancellation does not end the subscription immediately.
Troubleshooting
You cannot change the plan or payment details
Check your workspace role. Only Owners and Admins can make billing changes. Other members can still review the available plans and subscription details.Billing shows the wrong plan or an expired trial
You may be viewing another workspace. Open the workspace menu, select the workspace that owns the subscription, then return to Settings → Billing.Note: The plan text in the workspace menu may use an internal billing label and does not show whether a trial has expired. Billing is the reliable place to confirm plan and subscription status.
