Userorbit can play short sounds for toast notifications and blocked actions in the dashboard. If you do not want audio feedback, you can turn it off from your profile settings.
Turn off all sounds
- Open the Userorbit dashboard.
- Click your profile menu and choose My Profile, or go to Settings → Profile.
- Open the Notifications tab.
- Scroll to the Sounds section.
- Turn off Enable sounds.
- Click Save.
After sounds are disabled, Userorbit will stop playing audio for notifications, success messages, warnings, errors, and blocked actions.
Customize sounds instead
If you want fewer or different sounds instead of turning them off completely, keep Enable sounds turned on and choose a sound for each category:
- Notification — info toast notifications.
- Success — successful actions.
- Error / Warning — warning and error messages.
- Blocked action — actions that Userorbit prevents, such as trying to close a drawer with unsaved changes.
Use the preview button beside a category to hear the selected sound before saving.
If sounds still play
- Refresh the dashboard after saving your preference.
- Check that you clicked Save after changing Enable sounds.
- If you use Userorbit in another browser or device, update the sound setting there as well.
