Your first announcement

Create and publish your first announcement with a small test audience.

Create

1. Select Announcements in the sidebar.
2. Select the create action.
3. Enter a clear internal name and customer-facing content.
4. Save the draft.

Configure

Write the update, choose delivery and audience options shown in the editor, and add scheduling or email only when your plan and channel configuration support them.

Preview and test

Preview every step or question. Test links, close behavior, mobile layout, URL rules, and audience rules with a known test contact.

Publish

Publish only after the test passes. Start with a narrow audience when possible, then expand. Return to the module's analytics or results view to monitor delivery and engagement.
