Ask AI uses published Help Center content to help customers find answers.
Ask AI uses published Help Center content to help customers find answers. Review the conversations to find missing, unclear or outdated documentation.
Review a conversation
- Open Help Center → AI Conversations.
- Select the conversation you want to review.
- Read the customer’s question and the answer in context.
- Open the relevant published article and check whether it supports the answer.
An answer can be incomplete or incorrect. A plausible response is not evidence that the product supports the described action.
Diagnose the content problem
- If the answer is missing, check whether a published article covers the question.
- If the answer is hard to find, use the customer’s terminology in the title and relevant section.
- If the answer is wrong, correct the source article and check other articles for conflicting instructions.
- If the question depends on account access or private context, use the appropriate human support route.
Keep conditions such as plan, role and prerequisites alongside the answer. Screenshots should support the text, not replace the explanation.
Update and retest
Save the corrected article and verify its published page. Ask the same question again and inspect the response and supporting content.
For the customer-facing Ask AI controls, open Help Center → Design → Content. Starter questions and support guidance are separate from the conversation review page.
