Userorbit manages notification recipients in the Contacts area. The current dashboard does not use a separate Subscribers page.

Find notification recipients

  1. Go to Contacts.
  2. Open the Contacts tab.
  3. Use the Notifications filter to show contacts with delivery enabled or disabled.
  4. Search by name, email, source, service, service ID, or user ID.

Add or edit a recipient

Select Add Contact to create a record. Use the row edit action to update supported identity fields and notification delivery state.

Stop delivery

Disable notifications or deactivate the contact when you need to preserve the record. Delete only when the contact record should be removed.Only enable product email for recipients your organization is permitted to contact. Userorbit's controls do not replace your consent, suppression-list, or legal obligations.
