Share an analytics board with teammates, schedule an email snapshot for yourself, or create a read-only public link.
Open the board in Analytics, then select Share in the board header.Use the private link when the recipient already has access to the analytics project.
  1. Under Private team link, select Copy.
  2. Send the link to your teammate.

The recipient must sign in and have access to the project. Copying the link does not grant access.

Schedule an email snapshot

Userorbit can email an updated, summarized snapshot of the board to the email address on your own Userorbit account.
  1. Under Scheduled snapshot, choose Every day, Every week, or Every month.
  2. Select Schedule.

After scheduling, the panel shows the next delivery when available. To change the frequency, choose another cadence and select Update. To stop the emails, select Turn off.
Scheduled snapshots are personal: each project member manages delivery to their own account email.A public link lets anyone who has the secret link view aggregate board results without signing in.
  1. Under Read-only public link, select Create public link.
  2. Select Copy public link and store the link somewhere safe.
  3. Share it only with the intended recipients.

Copy the secret immediately The complete public link is shown only once. Userorbit does not store the secret in a readable form, so the original link cannot be displayed again.

The public view is read-only. It does not include query definitions, filters, user records, or account details.
Project editors, admins, and owners can create and manage public links.If a public link was shared with the wrong person or can no longer be found, rotate it:
  1. Open Share.
  2. Under Read-only public link, select Rotate.
  3. Copy the new link immediately.

Rotating creates a new secret link and makes the previous link unavailable.
To stop public access entirely, select Revoke. Anyone who opens the revoked link will no longer be able to view the board.
