Share a launch link to let an eligible user start a published tour from an email, help article or support reply. A launch link can start the tour again for someone who finished it before.

  1. Open the published tour, choose Edit Tour, then select Settings and find Launch link.
  2. Enter the full HTTPS address in Landing page. Choose the page where the first step's target is visible.
  3. Select Copy link.
  4. Open the link as an eligible demo user and check that the tour starts at its first step.

Your application must identify the visitor to Userorbit, and the visitor must match the tour's audience. The landing page must load Userorbit and contain the first step's target.

Publish the tour and check that the landing page is a valid HTTPS address. Then copy and test the generated link.

Use a clear link label, such as “Take the reports tour,” so users know that opening it starts an in-product walkthrough.
