Assignment rules route new or newly classified feedback to the right team members. A rule can also add tags, set a status, or add a due date.
A rule must have one condition and at least one result.
If feedback already has a manual assignee, Userorbit preserves that assignee. The matching rule can still add tags, change the status, or set a due date.
Changes apply the next time rules are evaluated. Editing or deleting a rule does not retroactively reroute existing feedback.
