Organize collections

Open Help Center in the default language, then drag collections to reorder or nest them. Keep the hierarchy shallow and customer-focused.

Organize articles

Open a collection and drag articles to reorder them or move them to another collection.

Language behavior

Translated views do not control structure. Default-language hierarchy and sort order are synchronized where translated counterparts exist.

Verify

Preview the public Help Center and confirm navigation, order, and translated placement.
