Learn how workspace-specific plans and trials determine the features you can use in Userorbit.

Plans and subscriptions belong to a workspace

A Userorbit login can belong to multiple workspaces, but each workspace has its own plan, trial, and subscription. Switching workspaces can therefore change the billing details and features you see.
To check the workspace you are using:
  1. Select the current workspace name at the top of the left sidebar, or in the mobile top bar.
  2. Choose the workspace you want to review.
  3. Go to Settings → Billing to confirm its plan, trial, and subscription details.

Billing page showing the available plans for the selected workspace

Note: The workspace menu does not show whether a trial is active or expired, and its plan text may use an internal billing label. Use the workspace name to switch, then use Settings → Billing as the source of truth for that workspace.

How the 14-day trial works

Each newly created customer workspace starts its own 14-day trial immediately.
While the trial is active:
  • A banner shows how many days remain and includes a Buy Userorbit button that opens Billing.
  • The trial includes temporary access to product email, the general Slack integration, Support Suite, Interactive Demos, Help Center, and Session Replay.
  • Session Replay records automatically and keeps recordings for 30 days.

When the trial expires, Userorbit blocks the main workspace pages and shows Your free trial has ended. You can still open Settings → Billing to choose a plan, or use the workspace switcher to move to another workspace.

Feature access by plan

| Feature | Launch | Growth | Scale | Enterprise | Active trial | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Send product email | Included | Included | Included | Included | Included | | Connect the general workspace Slack integration | Included | Included | Included | Included | Included | | Support Suite | Not included | Not included | Included | Included | Included temporarily | | Interactive Demos | Not included | Not included | Included | Included | Included temporarily | | Help Center | Not included | Not included | Included | Included | Included temporarily | | Session Replay | Not included | Not included | Included | Included | Included temporarily |
Scale feature: Support Suite, Interactive Demos, Help Center, and Session Replay require Scale or Enterprise. They are also available during an active trial. A feature may be available on another plan if Userorbit has enabled a workspace-specific override.

For paid Scale and Enterprise workspaces, Session Replay must be turned on before it records. Trial recording is enabled automatically.

Who can manage billing

Only workspace Owners and Admins can change a plan, update payment details, or cancel a subscription. Other members can view plan and subscription information but cannot make billing changes.

Troubleshooting access

A paid workspace appears to be expired

You may be in another workspace. Open the workspace menu, select the workspace that owns the paid subscription, then verify it under Settings → Billing.

A Scale feature is unavailable

Confirm that you selected the intended workspace and that its trial is active or its plan is Scale or Enterprise. If Userorbit enabled the feature specifically for your workspace, confirm that you are checking that same workspace.
