Billing & Subscription Management
Userorbit offers both monthly and annual billing cycles. Annual billing typically includes a discount compared to monthly payments.
Managing your Subscription
All subscription management, including upgrades, downgrades, and payment method updates, can be performed within the Userorbit Admin Panel.
- Upgrade/Downgrade — Change your plan at any time via
Settings > Billing. Upgrades are effective immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. - Payment Methods — Add, update, or remove credit card information in
Settings > Billing > Payment Methods. - Invoices & Billing History — View and download all past invoices and transaction history from
Settings > Billing > Billing History.
Notes
- Reaching Plan Limits — If you exceed your plan's Monthly Active User (MAU) limit, your in-app experiences (Tours, Checklists, Surveys, Announcements) will be paused until you upgrade to a higher plan or your MAU count falls below the limit in the next billing cycle. Feature-specific limits (e.g., active tours on the Free plan) will prevent the creation of new items beyond the limit until existing ones are deactivated or you upgrade.
- Cancellation Policy — You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which it will not renew.
