Move an article when another collection better matches the customer's task.
Plan required Help Center is available on Scale and Enterprise, during an active trial, or when Help Center access is enabled for the workspace.

Use the organizer

In the default-language Help Center organizer, drag the article into the destination collection and save the new order.

Use article settings

Open the article, change its collection assignment, and save.

Translations

Change structure in the default language. Userorbit synchronizes matching translated collection and article placement where translations exist.

Troubleshooting

If dragging is disabled, switch to the default language. If a destination is missing, create or translate that collection first.
