Open a checklist's analytics to review starts, completions and task completion.

Starts and completed checklists

The trend chart compares checklist starts with completed checklists over time. A completed checklist has reached its completed state.

Task completion

The task view shows how many checklist users have completed each task and the completion percentage for that task.

The displayed overall completion rate is the average of the task completion percentages. It is not the percentage of users who finished every task.

For example, if two tasks have completion rates of 80% and 40%, the displayed average is 60%. This alone does not tell you how many users completed both tasks.

Interpret the funnel

Use the task counts to find tasks that few users complete. Tasks may be completed in different orders, so a difference between adjacent task counts does not by itself prove that users abandoned the checklist at that point.

Review the task action and completion conditions before changing its wording or order.

The current analytics view does not provide average or median completion time, cohort drilldowns, or a checklist-results export.
