Choose a starting point
Open Surveys and create a survey. Choose the template closest to your task, then review its questions. Templates are editable starting points; they do not restrict the survey to one question type.
Edit the questions
In Questions, use Message, Text Input, Multi choice - Single Option, Multi choice - Multiple Option, Rating or Buttons. Enter clear prompts and distinct answer choices. Review required-answer settings.
Review design and targeting
Use Design to review presentation. In Targeting, choose Show once or Show every time, a manual or event-based start, and the audience.
A configured event trigger needs a matching event from your application. Delivery priority only resolves conflicts among eligible experiences.
Test the survey
Preview every question and submit a demo response. Check the response table, then publish. Review starts, completions and responses after users begin answering.
