Learn how to create, structure, and publish a checklist to guide users through key tasks in your product.
- Go to Checklists and select New checklist.
- Add a name, header, and supporting copy.
- Add checklist items. Choose an automatic, script, page, or tour item type.
- For each item, use default completion or choose an event that completes it.
- Arrange the items in the order users should complete them.
- Configure design, launch behavior, and audience targeting.
- Preview the checklist, then publish it.
To place the checklist inside a page, enable the embed option and enter the CSS selector of the destination element. To measure performance after publishing, open the checklist's Analytics tab.
