LTV reports help you understand value over time by connecting a creation event with a revenue event.
## Create an LTV report 1. Open Analytics. 2. Choose a project and board. 3. Select New chart. 4. Choose LTV as the report type. 5. Select the creation criteria event. 6. Select the revenue criteria event. 7. Choose the date range and LTV window. 8. Save the chart to your board.
## Choose creation criteria The creation criteria event defines the users included in the analysis. Common examples include signed up, account created, trial started, or workspace created.
## Choose revenue criteria The revenue criteria event defines the value-generating behavior. Use an event that represents revenue, purchase, subscription, upgrade, or another monetization action tracked in your product.
## Select the LTV audience Userorbit supports LTV views for all users and paying users. Use all users when you want the broad average across a cohort. Use paying users when you want to focus on users who generated revenue.
## Select the LTV window Userorbit supports 7-day, 30-day, 90-day, and all-time LTV windows. Shorter windows are useful for early monetization signals. Longer windows are better for mature subscription or expansion behavior.
## Add filters and breakdowns Use filters to narrow the report to a specific product, plan, market, or acquisition source. Use breakdowns to compare value across groups such as plan, country, campaign, or signup path.
