Userorbit analytics helps you understand how your feedback and roadmap are performing — which features users care about most, how feedback volume trends over time, and whether your roadmap is building trust with your users.
Feedback analytics
From the Analytics dashboard, create a custom dashboard focused on feedback metrics:
Feedback volume over time — Track how many feedback items are submitted per week or month. Spikes often correlate with product launches or bugs. Declines may indicate users are disengaging.
Top-voted items — Identify which feedback items have the most votes. These are your highest-demand features or most painful issues. Consider linking them to roadmap topics.
Status distribution — See what percentage of feedback is In Review, Planned, In Progress, Completed, or Closed. A growing In Review backlog suggests you need more triage capacity.
Feedback by board — Compare activity across different feedback boards. A quiet board may need promotion; a noisy board may need clearer scoping.
Roadmap analytics
Roadmap analytics help you communicate progress and build trust:
Topics by stage — Track how many topics are in each stage (Planned, In Progress, Done). A stagnant Planned column suggests you are over-promising. A growing Done column is a trust signal to share with users.
Linked feedback — See which roadmap topics are linked to the most feedback votes. These are the features your users care about most — prioritize communicating progress on them.
Stage transition time — Measure how long topics spend in each stage. Long delays between Planned and In Progress may frustrate users who are waiting for features.
Using the data
Weekly triage — Review new feedback volume and top-voted items. Move high-demand items to Planned and link them to roadmap topics.
Monthly roadmap review — Check stage distribution and transition times. Adjust roadmap scope if too many topics are stuck in Planned.
Quarterly report — Share a summary of feedback trends and roadmap progress with your team and, where appropriate, with your users through an announcement.
