The visual builder lets you edit tour steps on the page where users will see them.

Open the builder

Open the tour and select Edit In App. Open the application page that contains the first step's target. The page needs the Userorbit SDK.

Use the step timeline to select the step you want to edit. Add a step using an available template, then edit its content and settings.

Configure a step

Choose the appropriate step format. For a tooltip, select the target element and review its position and behavior. Use the targeting controls to make the match specific enough to select the intended element.

Keep the content focused on the action users should take. Check the button behavior rather than assuming every button advances to the next step.

Preview the whole tour

Run the tour from the first step. Test target selection, button actions and any page navigation. Check narrow screens as well as desktop screens.

Save changes and review the tour's publication and Targeting settings before making it available to users. The builder records the configuration needed to target elements and display steps; do not describe it as collecting no page information.
