This guide shows you how to customize your help center's look and feel to match your brand identity.
Before You Begin
- Ensure you have administrative access to the Userorbit Admin Panel.
- Have your brand assets ready, such as your logo file and brand color hex codes.
Steps
- Navigate to Help Center Settings — From the Userorbit Admin Panel, go to the 'Help Center' section and then select 'Settings'.
- Customize Primary Color and Theme — In the appearance settings, select your desired primary brand color using the color picker or by entering its hex code. Choose between a 'Light' or 'Dark' theme to set the overall aesthetic.
- Add Your Logo — Upload your company logo. This logo will appear in the help center's header. Ensure it is in a supported format (e.g., PNG, SVG) and has a transparent background for best results.
- Customize the Header/Hero Section — Modify the content and background of the header or hero section. You can add a custom title, description, and an optional background image to welcome users.
- Modify the Footer — Edit the footer content to include copyright information, links to your main website, or other relevant resources.
- Choose Layout Options — Select from available layout options for your articles and help center homepage to best present your content.
- Preview Your Changes — Before publishing, use the 'Preview' button to see how your changes will look to users. Make any necessary adjustments.
- Publish Your Customizations — Once satisfied, save and publish your changes to make them live.
- Consider a Custom Domain for Full Branding — For a fully branded experience, you can also configure a custom domain for your help center. Consult your IT team or Userorbit support for advanced setup.
