Customize the Help Center so it matches your brand while remaining readable and accessible.
Plan required Help Center is available on Scale and Enterprise, during an active trial, or when Help Center access is enabled for the workspace.

Open design

Go to Help Center → Design.

Configure

Set the supported logo, colors, typography, and layout options. Use sufficient contrast and keep navigation labels clear.

Preview

Check the home page, collection page, article page, search, long code blocks, and mobile layout.

Domain

Branding does not configure DNS. Set the public URL separately in Settings → Help Center.
