Support tasks keep follow-up work visible outside the customer message timeline.

Create a task

  1. Open a support thread or Support > Tasks.
  2. Create a task with a title and optional description.
  3. Assign one teammate.
  4. Link a company and one support thread when they provide context.
  5. Save the task.

Complete or reopen work

Mark the task complete when the follow-up is finished. Reopen it if more work is required.

Current limits

Support tasks do not include due dates, task priority, subtasks, comments, or a delete action. Use a clear title and description to capture the expected outcome.
