A board groups related feedback posts.

Create the board

  1. Open Feedback > Boards and choose the action to add a board.
  2. Enter its name and URL slug.
  3. Add a description explaining which requests belong there.
  4. Choose the available icon and color.
  5. Review public or private visibility and the comment setting.
  6. Save the board.

The slug uses lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.

Configure submission privacy

Login and anonymous submissions are configured separately in Feedback > Privacy. Review Hide subscriber login and Allow anonymous feedback.

The board form does not contain the up/downvote switch or Require Login setting described in older instructions.

Test access

Open the board as the intended user. For a public board, also test while signed out. A private board does not become public when its link is shared.
