Turn a Slack message or thread into Userorbit feedback without copying the conversation by hand.
Use the Slack message action
- Open a Slack message's actions and choose Send to Userorbit.
- Select Create feedback.
- Choose This message or Full thread.
- Review and create the feedback.
Use a command or mention
- Run
/userorbit feedback <text>. - Mention @Userorbit with the word “feedback” and the request.
Duplicates
When Userorbit finds a likely duplicate, choose Add vote to existing or Create new anyway.
Support-channel behavior
Customer mentions in connected support channels are ignored for feedback capture to prevent the same message from becoming both a support thread and duplicate feedback.
