Add narrative cards alongside reports to explain results, highlight important numbers, organize a board, or link to supporting material.
Deleting a context card removes only that card. It does not change the charts on the board.
Add a card
- Go to Analytics and open a board.
- Select Add to board (the plus icon) in the controls above the board.
- Choose a card type.
- Complete the card's fields, then select Save.

Text
Use a Text card to explain what nearby reports show and what the team should do next. Text cards support Markdown and require content in the Markdown field. You can also add an optional title.KPI callout
Use a KPI callout to highlight a target, result, or key number. Add a metric label and value, then optionally add comparison text. Choose a neutral, positive, negative, or warning tone to give the number visual context.Section heading
Use a Section heading to divide a board into clear topics. Add a heading and, optionally, a short description.Link

Use an Image card to display a diagram or supporting visual from a URL. Add a completehttp:// or https:// URL and alternative text. You can also add a title and caption.Images are added by URL Image cards use an HTTP or HTTPS image URL. The card editor does not upload an image file from your device.
Rearrange, edit, or delete a card
- Drag a card by its handle to reposition it on the board.
- Select the edit icon on a card to update its content.
- Select the delete icon to remove it, then confirm the deletion.
